Refund Policy

Our commitment to your satisfaction and clear refund guidelines

We want you to have the best learning experience. If you're not satisfied, please read our refund policy.

1. Courses & Digital Products

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the following conditions are met:

  • You have attended no more than 1 live session; or
  • You have not downloaded more than 10% of digital material.

Note: After 7 days or significant usage, refunds cannot be processed.

2. Community Access (Quanturely)

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once access is granted, since insights and resources are immediately shared.

Important: Due to the nature of digital content and community resources that become available immediately upon access, we cannot offer refunds for community memberships.

3. Business Services (Quant Solutions)

  • Refunds depend on the project stage and agreement terms.
  • Advance payments for ongoing services are non-refundable once work has started.

Project-Based Terms: Each business service engagement may have specific refund terms outlined in the service agreement. Please review your contract for details.
